ADOPTION REPRESENTATIVE
Volunteer from your own home!
Adoption Reps will review and work on pending applications. They will submit their findings, allowing the Board to have all of a potential adopters info before deciding how to move forward with an applicant.
You will be a key part to animals finding their forever homes!
VETERINARY REFERENCE
Verify veterinary clinic provided by applicant. Verify records and info provided about current/past pets.
PERSONAL REFERENCES
Phone the applicants personal references and crosscheck the information provided by them. Establish an understanding of who the applicant is based on your communication with their references.
SUBMIT INFO IN A TIMELY FASHION
Provide all findings to the Board online, based on a questionnaire provided by RR. Tell us how you felt during the process. Is there anything else we should know?
Once submitted, you've completed your part, a cruicial one in adoption!
ATTEND EVENTS
Get out of the house and into someone else's!
You can be the missing link a pet needs to get to their forever home.
HOME CHECKS
Visit potential adopters and potential fosters homes. Do they check everything on our list? Would we feel safe placing an animal there? You help us make these decisions!
CONFERENCES
Occasionally, Roscoe Rescues will attend conferences. We may need you to attend as well as help represent the company as well as take seminars and learn more about rescue.
