The Faces Behind The Change
AMY & KIERA DELGADO -
Wichita, KS
An animal lover since day one, Amy pursued a degree in Public Administration and Non-Profit Management with the intention of one day running her own rescue. Lo and behold, here we are now.
CRISEE & ROSCOE ESTRADA - Atlanta, GA
Since she could talk she was a big dog lover. Crisee and Roscoe began rescuing in 2010. Roscoe passed in 2020, however, through this organization, he will rescue forever.
JAIMIE & NOVA FLORES - Nashville, TN
Jaimie has a passion for the good in the world. She makes a point to speak up for what she believes in and upon meeting Roscoe, knew immediately that Roscoe Rescues would be born.

More Faces Behind The Change
Allison has been in Graphic Design since 2009 and has worked for many non-profits offering her skills in design and marketing since 2014. She has worked and volunteered in various types of non-profits but her heart lies with dogs, as she has been a dog lover since getting her own first dog, Mika, a Catahoula mix. She loves the mission of Roscoe Rescues and that it was put together by some mission driven ladies who have such a heart for dog rescue. We're so thankful to have Allison on our team!
Owner of Audrey Albertini Photography, our volunteer photographer specializes in pet photography. They are a proud pet parent to their rescue pup, Comet, who they found while volunteering at a shelter and where they learned just how much of a difference photos can make in helping pets find their forever homes. They connected with Roscoe Rescues and have loved every second of working with the foster pups, and getting to be a part of so many success stories.
Foster Coordinator
Adoption Representative
Volunteer Photographer
Hi, I'm Natalie! I'm the Behavior Coordinator at Miami-Dade. I've worked in shelters for 8 yrs & have a special place in my heart for shelter dogs as they are often the most misunderstood. I offer virtual behavioral support through RR to our incredible fosters and adopters to help make yours and the dogs' transitions into your home as smooth as possible. Our pets should be a part of our family and shelter pets want that most of all.
