Coordinator Positions

Foster Coordinator

This is the primary point of contact for our foster families. They follow the pet and aid in integrating new animals into foster homes of all skill levels by providing ongoing support. The coordinator maintains accurate records, attends team meetings regularly and is responsible for overseeing the care of multiple pets in homes simultaneously.

This a remote part time volunteer position.

Veterinary Advisor

The volunteer veterinary advisor is the rescue's main source of leadership when it comes to medical decisions. This volunteer is a licensed DVM who provides guidance and expertise on matters related to dogs and cat health and welfare within the rescues network as well as animals looking for intake. This DVM aids in the procurement of heartworm prevention with the use of their license.

This is a remote part time volunteer position.

Adoption Coordinator

This is the primary contact person for our adoptive families. They follow the family and oversee the integration of animals into their new forever homes. This position maintains accurate records, attends team meetings regularly and is responsible for overseeing the care of multiple pets in homes simultaneously.

This is a remote part time volunteer position.

Transport Coordinator

Transport animals from home! TC's help build, fill, and monitor the whole process from start to finish! This process is done almost exclusively through Facebook.

This rewarding position is the link the drivers need to ensure that a pet makes it hundreds, if not thousands of miles.

This is a remote part time volunteer position and relies heavily on use of your personal Facebook account.

Events Coordinator

This person spearheads our events! As a nationwide organization we strive to build multiple events in multiple cities. This coordinator for Roscoe Rescues has a passion for being the change they want to see in the world. 

This is a part time volunteer position local to YOUR city.

Treasurer

This volunteer ensures accurate financial records are maintained reflecting the current financial condition of the organization.  Has full knowledge and understanding of the financial aspects of the organization. Maintains custody of checking accounts.  Ensures that the organization is financially a good steward of non-profit integrity and provides financial oversight. Maintains current knowledge of non-profit accounting practices, tax laws, record keeping.
